What You'll Be Doing:

• Generate and Close Sales: Use company-generated leads and your own prospecting efforts to sell roofing services.
• Consult with Clients: Perform roof inspections and present customized solutions.
• Manage Leads and Pipeline: Track and nurture potential customers using our CRM tools.
• Deliver Professional Sales Presentations: Create clear, compelling proposals for homeowners and business owners.
• Build Relationships: Provide consistent communication, updates, and outstanding service to earn referrals.
• Coordinate Projects: Collaborate with installers and the customer service team for a seamless client experience.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with roofing industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred (motivated newcomers welcome).
• Proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM, Microsoft Office, digital tools).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset and competitive spirit.
• Physically able to perform roof inspections (ladder work, outdoors).
• Valid driver's license: required for travel to appointments and customers sites.
